Minardi Photography

Some of our grandfathers worked as apprentices for their professions. Our fathers went to school and were taught their jobs. Some of us may have mentors, tutors, managers, and trainers. Now you can be coached to be the best you can be. It's not the Army or a football team; It's corporate America.

In recent years, there have been great leaps in what we know about the learning process and effective teaching techniques. The factory method of moving people through lecture style training as if on a conveyor belt of learning came from the Industrial Revolution. Many thought this method worked great. But it has been discovered that people will learn better and really bloom in a stimulating, relaxed and interactive environment. What is needed is good coaching. Imagine great guidance while you are in the right environment...with your own personal coach. In football? Yes! In math? Yes! In photography? Yes! In business? Yes! Even in our personal life? Why not! The concept of coaching is not new. What is new is the concept of using it everywhere, and not just in sports.

Presently I am designing a Coaching Center for Photography whereby those persons really interested in photography can come to my lake house in Florida and spend a weekend or a week with me as their coach. Each "coaching session" will be tailored to the needs of the individual depending on what that person wants to achieve in Photography. Intensive weekend coaching on Saturday and Sunday will be available for persons who must work Monday through Friday. Weekly "coaching" will be tailored differently for those who can attend for a week. A Monday through Friday "program" is much better, and I recommend five days if at all possible.

The focus of "coaching" is different than teaching. More of your talents will be developed. Concentration will be on what you are interested in and what you need to know. You will learn what the coach has to teach, but the best part is that you will get direct "coaching" with your techniques and skill of photography "one-on-one" with a top professional photographer who is interested in helping and "coaching" you.

If you are interested in being coached in your photography at my lake house in Florida, please contact me at my e-mail address: michael@minardi-photo.com. Please tell me about the areas you would like to work on to become a better photographer.
